Delete your Bubbbles account

Bubbbles only creates an account if you sign in with Google to buy or restore Premium. You can delete it in either of these ways:
- In the app: open Premium → Account → Delete account. The account is deleted right away.
- By e-mail: write to adrienmaciel2@gmail.com from the Google account you used in the app, with the subject “Delete my Bubbbles account”. The account is deleted within 30 days and you get a reply confirming it.
What is deleted
Your account identifier, your e-mail address and the link between your account and the Premium purchase.
What is not affected
- The purchase record kept by Google Play, under Google's own policies. Deleting the account does not refund the purchase.
- Credits, cleanup history and settings are never sent to our servers; they stay on your phone until you uninstall the app.

Excluir sua conta do Bubbbles

O Bubbbles só cria uma conta se você entrar com o Google para comprar ou restaurar o Premium. Você pode excluí-la de um destes jeitos:
- No app: abra Premium → Conta → Excluir conta. A conta é excluída na hora.
- Por e-mail: escreva para adrienmaciel2@gmail.com a partir da conta Google usada no app, com o assunto “Excluir minha conta do Bubbbles”. A conta é excluída em até 30 dias e você recebe uma resposta confirmando.
O que é excluído
O identificador da conta, o e-mail e o vínculo entre a conta e a compra do Premium.
O que não muda
- O registro da compra guardado pelo Google Play, conforme as políticas do Google. Excluir a conta não reembolsa a compra.
- Créditos, histórico de limpezas e configurações nunca vão para os nossos servidores; ficam no celular até você desinstalar o app.
